NAKID x FUTURE EYES [ EVENT ]  – Terms & Conditions / Event Policy

By attending, participating, or submitting work for this event, you agree to the following:

1. Entry & Tickets

• Admission is valid only with proof of registration or ticket purchase (if applicable).

• Entry is at the discretion of event staff and may be denied for health, safety, or conduct reasons.

2. Age Restriction

• This is a 21+ event. A valid government-issued ID will be required at entry.

3. Health & Safety

• Security checks (including bag inspections) may be conducted at the door.

• Illegal substances, outside alcohol, weapons, or dangerous items are strictly prohibited.

4. Conduct

• Respect for artists, staff, and attendees is mandatory. Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior will result in removal without refund.

• You assume responsibility for personal belongings. The organizers are not liable for lost or stolen items.

5. Artist Submissions (Projection & Display Works)

• All video, motion, or visual works submitted remain the sole property of the artist.

• By submitting, you grant Nakid Magazine and Future Eyes a limited, non-exclusive license to display your work only during the event.

• Works will never be sold, distributed, or used for financial gain by the organizers.

• Organizers reserve the right to use stills, clips, or documentation of submitted works strictly for event marketing and promotion leading up to and during the event.

• All intellectual property rights remain with the submitting artist.

6. Media & Content (Attendees)

• By entering, attendees grant permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for event documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes.

• Unauthorized professional photography, videography, or live streaming is not permitted without prior approval.

7. Refund & Cancellation

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.

• In case of cancellation or postponement, organizers are not liable for travel or accommodation expenses.

8. Liability Waiver

• Attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance, including potential injury or exposure to illness.

• Organizers, sponsors, and venue are released from any liability arising from participation in the event.

9. Privacy Policy

• Personal data collected through ticketing, registration, or submission forms will only be used for event management and communication.

• Data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
